    • We are professionals in creating business plans and proposals. We will help you to create a comprehensive business plan depending on the nature of the business and the purpose of the planning activity. Our methodology and framework are guaranteed to follow the global standards that funding institutions look for.
    • What you will get?
      A specially created business plan, which contains the most important information for your business: Cover Page, Table of Contents, Executive Summary, Objectives, Mission statement, Company Summary, Services, Market Analysis Summary, Marketing Strategy, Target market segment, Implementation Summary, Management Summary, SWOT Analysis, Web plan summary, Personnel plan and a 3-5 year financial pro forma profit and loss analysis.
    • We have a set rate for creating a business plan. We formulate a fully completed business plan and after discussing your requirements we can give you a fixed price for this. It is our view that our clients favour the idea of fixed price rather than a time charged based approach.
    • Should you require business mentoring we can sit down with you on a regular basis and advise, assist and help your business achieve the results you require. Again we have a set rate per meeting which we can discuss with you once we know your requirements.
    • Our advisory services when engaged on merger and acquisitions are success based ensuring that our clients and ourselves are aligned in securing beneficial outcomes. If you are looking at selling or buying we can assist with the process by conducting due diligence reviews, business stress testing and negotiating frameworks.
    • We can also advise you on digital marketing strategies. We have experts that can create and manage digital campaigns using Google Adwords, Facebook and Instagram. These can be one off campaigns or we can manage your digital campaigns on a month to month basis
    • No we do not believe in long contracts, we believe that our services are such that you will want to keep us as your Business Consultant. We will ask you to complete and execute a mandate agreement which sets out in plain English what we will do and you as the Client can expect from us. Similarly we will need your cooperation in providing time and information to enable us to help you. This mandate will have a one month notice period.
    • We can also undertake one time specific projects.
    • We can meet at your place or ours the choice is yours, if your business place is outside of the Auckland area we may seek reimbursement of travel costs but we will seek your agreement first.
    • We are not a lending institution so do not provide finance, our job though is to establish strategic goals and business plans to allow you to discuss your needs with financiers. We can also assist with introductions.

    Michael Wills is theĀ  Principal of Holdbourke Consulting his experience over the past thirty years has been as a company director focussing on outcomes to shareholders both through absolute shareholder returns and in enhancing the capital value of business units through strategic direction.

    This has entailed cross border negotiations of joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and memoranda of understanding.

    This experience has enabled him to work in a participative way with stakeholders whilst not losing sight of the ultimate goals of the business units.

    He has been involved at Director Level with multinational corporations in New Zealand, Australia France and Japan.

    He has a strong focus on good governance with an emphasis on achieving objectives in a measured and practical way
